Refunds and cancel

Paid Trial Alerts is month-to-month (or annual if you picked year pricing). Cancel any time. There is no refund on a month already paid. Cancel before the next renewal date and you will not be charged again.

Public boards

Cancel stops the next cycle. That plan is not capped at 200 people.

eReg seats (monthly, 5%, and Pro)

Those three plans share a 200-person limit. Once it is full, new signups wait. If you stop paying, the bot pauses immediately. 48 hours later the seat goes to the next person in line.

5% when placed

There is no monthly prepaid charge on this door. You pay 5% of stipend you actually received after our bot placed you and a 30-day Hyperwallet audit shows the payout. Skip the audit and the seat does not continue.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with. Name the plan. We will confirm the stop date in writing.
