Paid Trial Alerts is a DBA in Phoenix, Arizona. This page is about information you give us on this website and, later, if you use the Telegram bot. It is not medical advice and we are not a clinic.

What we collect on this site

If you join the overflow waitlist we store your first name, last name, email, phone number, whether you consented to texts, which plan you picked, and a referral code if you had one. After you pay, Stripe holds card details; we store the plan tied to your Telegram id. We use that to run the product and to text you if you asked us to.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not put your name, email, phone, or Telegram id in logs or in prompts to a language model. Clinic study details come from public pages; we never guess a stipend, date, or eligibility field.

Texts and Telegram

If you check the text box, we may SMS you about launch and matching studies. Reply STOP to opt out. If you later talk to @paidtrialalertsbot, that conversation stays on Telegram's systems plus the match profile you save with us.

Payments

When card charges start, the card processor (Stripe) will hold payment details. We do not store full card numbers on this site. A Hyperwallet login, if you ever give one for the 5% door, is stored encrypted and is only used to read your own payout history with your say-so.
